Q. How do I redeem a coupon code?
Once you are done shopping and are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. In order for the coupon to be applied to your order, please enter the coupon code before clicking on a payment method.

Q. How do I set up an account?
You will be prompted to set up an account during the check-out process. We collect personal information from you in order to process your order and provide you with order updates. On occasion we may send you special offers unless you choose to opt out. The information you provide is not provided to outside parties (please see Privacy Policy).

Q. How do I search for an item?
You may search by popular categories (Deals, Genre and Blu-ray) from the top navigation. There is also a search box located in the middle of the home page, and is visible in the upper right corner on all other pages. Searching is available by Title, Genre, Actor, Price and Keyword, or UPC number. Enter the search term in the box below "Catalog Search,” then click the "Go" button, and will return a listing of DVD(s) matching your search criteria. To browse our upcoming and recently released films, see the right-hand side of the homepage for a current list of these titles.

Q. How do I find out if a movie is closed captioned?
To determine if a film is closed captioned, please see the bonus features list on the individual product pages of our website. Closed captioning is noted when available. You can search for all of the movies with closed captioning by entering "closed captioned" in the search box on the catalogue page.

Q. How do I place an order?
Placing an order on is easy. When you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Buy Now" button at the top of the page, and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to complete your order, review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. To change quantities simply correct the number in the "quantity" box next to the appropriate item and click "Update Cart." To delete an item, click the "Remove" link on the right side of the item. To empty your entire shopping cart, click the "Clear" button. When you are ready to purchase the items in your shopping cart, you may either click "Checkout with PayPal," if you have a Paypal account (or would like to set one up), or you may click the other button to pay with any major credit card. Here you will be prompted to create an account (if you do not already have one) or sign-in to your existing account. By creating an account, we will send you an order confirmation and tracking information (if available) via email. Echo Bridge Home Entertainment will ship to a P.O. Box address. Please see below for P.O. Box shipping specifications.

Q. What if an item I ordered is out-of-stock?
If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be noted in the upper right-hand corner of the product page. Sorry, we do not accept orders for items that are out of stock. While we make every effort to accurately reflect our availability of titles on our site, in rare situations an item that shows in stock may actually sell out before we are able to complete your order. In this situation, we will notify you and will cancel that item from your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any and all orders.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail (at our discretion) with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box – If a P.O. Box is entered as your shipping address, it will be shipped via USPS. You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships and will be provided a tracking number (if one is available).

Q. What is the method of payment on accepts credit card and PayPal transactions only. We accept Visa©, MasterCard©, Discover© and American Express©. does not accept checks or money orders.

Q. How do I know how much my Shipping & Handling charges are?
We charge a flat shipping rate (U.S. & Canada Residents Only) based on the order total. Please see the chart below for total order amounts and the corresponding shipping rates.

Canadian Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. U.S. funds only. There is an additional $15.00 shipping charge for Canadian orders.
We cannot sell to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. Items available to Canada are limited. Availability is noted on individual product pages. If it does not say "Available in Canada" anywhere on the product's page, that particular item is not available to our Canadian customers.

Q. How is a product delivered?
We ship via UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail. Since UPS does not deliver to a PO Box, PO Box orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-4 business days.

Returns Policy

Q. What is Echo Bridge's return policy?
If you receive a defective DVD, you may ship it back to us for a replacement of the exact same item. Please enclose a brief note along with the defective merchandise stating the nature of the defect. Once we receive the defective item, we will promptly replace it, shipping it at no cost to you. Buyer is responsible for returning the defective item at his/her own cost.
Note: Please ship your defective product to us with a carrier that provides tracking information–we are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Q. Does accept international orders? accepts orders from the U.S. and Canada only. Products available to Canada are limited. Availability is noted on individual product pages. Q. Will I be charged duties and taxes on my order?
Canadian customers are not charged any additional duties or taxes. However, there is an additional shipping charge of $15.00 for Canadian orders.

The estimated delivery time for UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail to our U.S. customers is 3-7 business days. For Canadian orders, estimated delivery is 7-10 business days.
